this two story development built using DIPS panels for both the walls and the roof. Since its completion the University of Liverpool has conducted a study on the house to assess its performance. Results of the study, conducted by Dr Stephen Finnegan can be viewed here:

Another first for Dragonboard...

This bungalow development was built using 175mm DIP panels around the perimeter of the property. The bungalow was finished using K rend which was applied directly to the external finish of the panel.

In line with our current vision, Dragonboard in partnership with the Business Group are developing a block of 15 apartments in Chester which will be built to Net Zero Carbon (NZC) using our DIP Panels. The first of its kind.

Built to stand out.

It's not just the design that is a little different. Rather than opting for a traditional build. This developer used DIP panels to build the external walls of the building. In addition, 18mm dragonboard was used on the floors throughout the property and made up the base for the flat roof.
